Its OK

It’s ok to take a break. It’s ok to step back. It’s ok to sit down. It’s ok to want to stop, to refocus,to realign. As long as you get back up. The lord says we much have a day of sabbath. We must rest. But then you get back up and go again. When you reach a point where you feel like you’re stuck, when you feel like you can’t go on, or you’ve hit a brick wall. That’s your sign to take a break. Refocus and make a new plan on how to continue. Then you jump back in full force!
